Owner Information:

Martin Smith, the owner of Showcase Consignments, has been in the business since 1995. Martin grew up with parents who were “in the business” as booth renters and show exhibitors, so he learned the ins & outs of the business from them.

History:

Martin opened Showcase Consignments in 1995 in Epsom, New Hampshire. Ten years ago, when we outgrew that space, we moved the shop to our current location in Chichester.  We are consignment shop with items from local consigners as well as large commercial consigners.

Shop Description:

Our store is a well-lit space with attractive displays that include locked cases, open shelving, and lots of floor space. We offer a mix of antique, vintage, and contemporary items for collectors and retail customers who are decorating their homes.  Our inventory includes (but isn’t limited to) furniture, rugs, lamps, wall décor, jewelry, and accessories, as well as a nice selection of collector quality rocks, crystals & minerals.

Specialties:

Over the years we have transitioned from a business that sold only antiques to a shop that carries a wide range of goods that now includes new furniture at used prices. Our web site lists about 500 of the items that are currently in the shop. Many of these items can be ordered online and shipped directly to our customers.
